Once in a while, we all crave a getaway that’s all about unwinding and breathing in the sublime mountain air. A getaway to The Xanadu Meghadhoomtam is just about that! This boutique hideaway is situated in the upper region of Kodaikanal. It is just 4 kms from the Kodai lake and at a convenient distance from centre of the town. The Xanadu Meghadhootam is a set of twin adjoining villas. Each villa comprises of 1 Family suite - a set of 2 rooms and a premium double room which can accommodate 6 adults. The villas surrounded by lush green forests and pear orchards is such a far cry from city life.

The ground floor of the villa comprises of a living cum dining room and the premium Double room. The cozy living room has all modern amenities -a large flat screen Smart TV with Tata Sky and Netflix connection plus wi-fi connection and is the perfect spot to binge watch movies, play board games, catch up on long overdue chats with your group. The Premium Room which has splendid views of the lush green gardens and the valley beyond has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom and is perfect for a couple. The Family Suite is located on the 1st floor of the villa and is ideally suited for a family of 4 adults with a shared bathroom between these two rooms. 

The charming verandah overlooking the garden and the rolling hills is the ideal spot  to sip on a cup of tea with a side of hot pakoras. In the evening, you can request the team for a bonfire set-up. The large pear orchard at the back is the right place for a mini-trek without stepping out of the property. The view point perched high above the villa offers insta-worthy views of the landscape. The villas also comprises of an activity roomwhich is the right place if you want to indulge in a game of Table Tennis, Carrom, other board games or pick up a book for a quick read. The chef at the property is highly experienced and receives rave reviews from the guest. The food is freshly prepared and is served pipping hot. The meals are tailor-made keeping the guest's tastes in mind.
