This palatial organic retreat is spread across 20 acres in rural Rajasthan, overlooking the tranquil Kalakho Lake. With a Mughal garden styled like a garland around the palace, this beauty sits snug admist artistically landscaped greens. You’ve got to leave behind all your daily stressors - work deadlines and the manic pace of life, because the opulence at this palace begs you to let your hair down and know just one word – indulgence. Relax in the traditionally designed rooms/suites with all modern amenities promise to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The palace comprises of 23 Royal Deluxe Rooms - the highlight of this accomodation is the private sit-out with stunning views of the garden. The palace also has 16 Royal Suites, personally designed by the owners, handcrafted by artisans from rural Rajasthan, with views of the garden and the courtyard. Swiss tents are organized from November - Feburary on special request. Enjoy sipping your favourite drink by the pool and relish scrumptious food freshly prepared from ingredients sourced from the palace's organic farm and dairy - from authentic Rajasthani fare to Continental cuisine, the resort has it all.
The palace has 4 dining options. 'Oper Air Deck' overlooks the vast farms where a host of vegetables are grown & various farm animals graze all day from goats, antelopes, cows, sheep & buffaloes; 'Baradari' - gives you a farm-to-table dining experience; 'Rathore Darbar' -the fine dining restaurant overlooks the front lawns of Umaid Lake Palace, with its hand painted frescos and rustic furniture and the 'All day dining Restaurant' serves multi-cuisine food made from organically grown ingredients grown in palace's garden.
Try your hand at harvesting or cooking or take a walk around the vegetable patches. Visit the diary farm and have a look at traditional ways of tending to livestock. Go through nature walks through the mustard fields and stop by at a farmer’s hut, a charpoy is laid and the Chula lit, as the guests enjoy bajre ki roti with fresh home–made butter and piping hot masala chai. Set out for interesting short excursions to Chand Baori Stepwell and Harshat Mata Temple.

With over 300 sq. ft. of space each, there are a total of 23 Royal Deluxe Rooms to choose from. The windows look out into the open courtyards or the lake and ensure total privacy. The arresting view that meets the eye from the room is either he Mughal gardens or the undulating land of the countryside in the distance. The highlight of these rooms is that each room has its own private sit-out.
