About the property:
Himalayan Kothi kais was setup to showcase to its guest the grandeur of the life in the hills . It has been constructed in a original hill architecture the kathkuni style facilitation accommodation fitted for the requirements of todays luxuries . A lot of caution and care has been taken to maintain the traditional architecture style , the wooden logs joint together with the wooden hinges which are fitted into the logs to hold them together . The main entrance door that of small structure as was in tradition style with the width of the door being some 4 to 5 inches thick . The house has been ecologically made the whole house is made of wood and stone. They are located around 14 kms away from the Kullu town on the way to Manali .Ideally located for one to be away from the crowds and still not so far away into the rural where they are very far from urban habitation . It is away from the maddening crowd located in the middle of some acres of apple orchard . The main economy of the area is dependent on apple and one can come and experience the closeness to life of the people in the hills. The splendid 360 degree panoramic view from the property of the Kullu valley , with the snow capped ranges above and the meandering river Beas below . It is a sight which will refresh your senses and send you rejuvenated with all the positivity mother earth has to offer us . The orchard is visited by a lot of wild species of birds and it is a place for Bird watchers to visit .

Himalayan Kothi Kais, Kullu is located at Kais Jana road in Manjdhar village. The city of Kullu nestles in the 'Valley of Gods', situated on the banks of River Beas at an altitude of 1230 m. Its main attraction is the scenic surroundings - green carpeted hills, sparkling rivers, tall deodar forests, apple orchards and uninterrupted views of the Himalayan snow-peaks. Guests can visit Jagatsukh, Prashar Lake and the Basheshwar Mahadev temple during the stay.
