About the property:
Himalayan Kothi Kais was set up to showcase to its guests the grandeur of life in the hills . It has been constructed in original hill architecture- the Kathkuni style. A lot of caution and care has been taken to maintain the traditional architecture style. The house has been ecologically made and the entire house is made of wood and stone. The property is located around 14 kms away from Kullu town on the way to Manali . It is indeed ideally located away from the maddening crowd in the middle of some acres of apple orchard . The main economy of the area is dependent on apples and one can come and experience the closeness to life of the people in the hills. There is a splendid 360 degree panoramic view of the Kullu valley with the snow capped ranges above and the meandering river Beas below from the property. It is a sight which will refresh your senses and send you rejuvenated with all the positivity Mother Earth has to offer us . The orchard is visited by a lot of wild species of birds and this is an ideal place for bird watching.
